I don’t see the issue. It’s their company and they can prioritise what they want? If anyone here owned the company, they would be doing the exact same thing, focusing on products that make the company money.

It's not their role to make the rules when they've agreed to follow the rules set out by OFCOM, if they don't want to abide to them they should have informed the Government when they made an offer to buy RM.

Don't know if it was legit but saw a DSA letter with a 1 next to the DSA logo. Don't know if there's a 1st class DSA service been started that no one has told us about.

Maybe the product class was changed after printing? I've seen letters where, for example, it's been marked UKMail originally and then overprinted with solid black and a Whistl logo.

It has been confirmed, there is now a 1C DSA service.
