Don't think so iirc that was part of what Royal Mail wanted but thankfully it didn't happenAcca Dacca wrote: ↑13 Feb 2026, 11:14Am I right in saying they now deduct the sick pay you’ve received from the total now?

Re: Ihr
If/when you leave with IHR make sure you get any leave owed added to to your total final payment before you sign the leaving agreement,as when you sign you are done, and off the system,my manager told me he would sort out the 10 days they owed me,obviously I never got it,I wasn't arsed about it just glad to be out after 33 years

Re: Ihr
You're still on the system and you can still get that leave that you are owed. I'd be chasing it up with the advice centre, it's not too late and ten days of leave is a lot of money.flimflamman wrote: ↑13 Feb 2026, 20:24If/when you leave with IHR make sure you get any leave owed added to to your total final payment before you sign the leaving agreement,as when you sign you are done, and off the system,my manager told me he would sort out the 10 days they owed me,obviously I never got it,I wasn't arsed about it just glad to be out after 33 years

Re: Ihr
Not saying it's the case in this instance but it appears that a lot of the time people are "owed" lieu days is because it's not been done officially, for example a person has worked while they are on annual leave with the promise they will get the time off on another date but as far as the leave system is concerned they have had that time off so there's nothing to pay out if you were to leave.loyalsnail wrote: ↑14 Feb 2026, 06:41You're still on the system and you can still get that leave that you are owed. Re: Ihr
Within the last month.
I was lucky. My managers were really supportive and backed me up, all the way. I've a long road to health recovery but just being free from the lies, deceit and malfeasance has helped already!

Once OH made the IHR recommendation, it was just over 2 weeks.Cocopuff wrote: ↑18 Feb 2026, 11:23How long did the process take, I've been waiting since mid january
As I say, management at my DO were incredibly supportive and made the whole process as stress free as possible. I was very lucky in that respect ( although it was still an incredibly stressful time! )
