Yeah I'd imagine tomorrows going to be worse right? We got hammered with parcels today. Chritmas-esque. So loads of mail will have got brought back/not gone out. Even more than usual.

I don't think they count when it comes back. As far as management go, if it leaves the office it's delivered. I suspect most people here will have been forced to take stuff out that management know full well won't be delivered.
