So who gets the leftovers?

Post by freespeech »

In the process of taking my NRA60 which has been delayed due to an error by RMPP using the incorrect date. I've been waiting for them to disinvest two AVC's which was finally done on Wednesday but when I checked the Scottish Widows site yesterday I noticed that each AVC had just shy of £1 each. I'm intrigued to know what happens to those funds multiplied up by all the AVC's RM staff must have.

Something similar happened when I transferred my Bonusplan – in my case it was about 70p if I remember correctly.

I assumed it was outstanding charges levied by SW and the PSC confirmed that when I queried it with them.

It had disappeared the next time I logged in. :cuppa
