Sad state of affairs

Post by Walter sobchak »

Looks like starmers hurty words police have infested this site unfortunately.

A strong sign of a healthy democracy is the freedom of speech and the right to disagree with each other differing opinions and political views.

Mods please take note.

This isn’t a freedom of speech issue. You are not in public, you are on a forum that someone else created and whose rules you agree to follow when signing up and contributing to. You are free to leave if you don’t agree.

Correct, Starmer reported this post, so...
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Stop playing the victim card; you are the bully.

I said you could have a political discussion as long as it remained respectable and did not take personalities into account. What did you do when someone disagreed with you? Did you break down their position with logical arguments and links to articles? Did you point out why you disagree with him?

No, you accused him of listening to Main Stream Media, which was an attack on his character, not his argument, and is therefore against the rules. You have a right to disagree with someone on here if you do it respectfully and with a reasoned argument. Putting down his position because he reads and listens to MSM is not a reasoned argument in anyone's books; it's an attempt to shut down someone else's opinion that you don't like. Something you accuse us of doing.

By the way, I dislike Stamer; he is doing loads of things wrong, and I did not vote for him.
