Time between options return and payment

So I've sent my options back and expect LS payment early Jan and first pension payment at the end of Jan. Did anyone get any acknowledgement of receipt of options or a letter confirming all is in hand? It does seem a bit odd to have no confirmation?

Yes ,i sent off my options by email for both RMPP and RMSPS NRA65,for payment mid January and got replies by email and post with confirmation of sums and payment dates from RMPP. RMSPS replied by email saying they would contact me closer to payment date.

I’ve applied for figures on nra 60 wasn’t aware of options

Hi, I've had lump sums from both RMPP and RMSPS and the first pension payment from RMSPS. Very poor service from RMPP and first payment should be end of Feb. Just been offered and accepted £250 compensation for late payment.
