It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: Offices 'officially' in trouble?
Yeah wonder if they're telling their managers to start reporting failures truthfully which will in turn increase the list quite rapidly with the end plan being to plead the only resolution is an immediate USO change.

Re: Offices 'officially' in trouble?
My old office is on this latest list.
I think it's been on before, but not for a few years.
I won't mention which one, but talking to a few of my ex colleagues recently, I can't say I'm surprised.
Staff leaving left right and centre, high sick levels, walks not being covered on Wally weeks, new starts lasting a few days, etc.
Sad to see a once great company being decimated by mismanagement and greed.....

Re: Offices 'officially' in trouble?
I think it's bigger than that, you could say it's a shame to see the whole world decimated by mismanagement and greed. It must just be human nature, maybe agent Smith was right when he called humans a cancer on this planet...RobertT wrote: ↑26 Nov 2025, 20:06My old office is on this latest list.

Re: Offices 'officially' in trouble?
Will RM try to use the fact that RM trial offices don't appear on the fail list as evidence that the trial works?
