Temu’s Local Sellers Program has partnered with Royal Mail to offer UK-based sellers seamless access to Click & Drop, Royal Mail’s free-to-use shipping platform. This integration allows sellers to easily download their Temu orders into Click & Drop, simplifying the shipping process and improving operational efficiency.
Once orders are imported, sellers can quickly generate shipping labels and manage dispatches. As items are shipped, Click & Drop automatically updates the seller’s Temu store, ensuring accurate tracking and real-time order status updates.
By leveraging Royal Mail’s trusted delivery network and intuitive platform, Temu’s UK based sellers can enjoy a smoother, more reliable shipping experience—making it easier than ever to manage deliveries across the UK.
Temu’s UK sellers will also have access to the largest network of parcel points in the UK – Royal Mail has more than 24,000 locations where customers can drop off or collect orders, including 2,600 lockers, 8,000 Royal Mail Shop stores, 11,500 Post Office branches, 1,400 parcel postboxes and 1,200 customer service points.
Customers can also drop off parcels that will fit in any of the 115,000 postboxes, and can request proof of posting using the app. This is in addition to being the only delivery company to offer collection from every single address in the UK.
A Royal Mail spokesperson said: “We are excited to partner with Temu to offer sellers based in the UK access to Royal Mail’s services. As there are a growing number of small businesses in the UK using Temu to reach their customers, we want to be able to support them by providing streamlined access to our trusted and extensive network.”
A Temu spokesperson said: “We are pleased to partner with Royal Mail to make selling and shipping even easier for local businesses. Through our Local Seller Program, we want to enable businesses of all sizes to grow their businesses and reach new customers.”
Since last year, Temu has been inviting local sellers across more than 30 markets, including the UK, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy, to join the platform. The company expects local sellers and local fulfilment to eventually drive up to 80% of its European sales, bringing consumers a wider and more locally relevant selection, faster deliveries, and supporting local businesses.”

Royal Mail “excited” to partner with Temu
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
