It's taking them a while to get Whitwood WF6+WF10 sorted perhaps they can find a few underworked managers to send over

Thoughts are with the Pilot Offices as we enter the heaviest time of year. Their work load was already made nigh on impossible to keep on top of.

Please don’t break yourselves trying to clear, the current leadership will simple step over you to pull out the 1c.

Woefully understaffed, loads of new starters/agency but very little training available as no workplace coaches so they just get put with other staff and told learn on the job. Therefore not many staying. Parcels are through the roof, any changes have been postponed until the new year but the damage has been done. Combined with management who have zero man management skills and most of the full time staff are working to time.
