A warning has been made to parents after nearly 100 packets of drugs in the form of sweets were seized at a delivery office.
Police community support officers seized 99 packets of cannabis edibles in the form of sweets that were seized yesterday at the Wallingford Delivery Office on Friday (October 17).
The sweets packets depicts Simpsons's characters who look to be under the influence of cannabis themselves so are 'quite distinctive', says the Didcot and Wallingford Neighbourhood Policing Team.
Now parents are being warned ahead of Halloween at the end of the month.
PSCO Bethanie Saunders said: "Since Halloween is around the corner, we wanted to share what these looked like in case for whatever reason your children come across these bright coloured packets thinking they are regular sweets.
"We urge you to check through your children's Halloween hauls and also keep a general awareness about you for drugs in this form, not just during Halloween but also in general."
