In our office if u sign out before the finishing time. They throw there toys out the pram the next day. It’s like u done something very bad.

Once I signed out 10-20 mins early. The next morning. The manager was talking to me like a volcano erupted lol 😝

We all queue up and start clocking out at the exact finishing time. It's been this way for ages since SISO started.

Yes. Before that, we would just write down the expected finish time and leave early!

We've been doing it for at least 18 months, haven't gone a minute early since then.

I doubt anyone would be allowed to go home 10 to 20 minutes early these days, so not surprised. The people above want to at least see on the data that every minute is utilised.

Yeah you can sign out on your own PDA, but if the place you have to put your PDA is further away from the exit where the general sign out area is then it makes no difference how quickly you get out the door.

I regularly clock out 15/20 minutes early as people constantly come in 15/20 minutes late in the morning so that’s my way of evening things up a bit and I couldn’t careless about what anyone thinks about it .

Our manager is more concerned about people clocking in early than people leaving early :cuppa
