Seriously? That’s the reason? They have been going on about it all week. We have of course said it’s optional which rattles them even more lol

I thought the surveys used to be anonymous? However you now need to input a specific code and if you enter again after completing the survey it states you've already completed it!

As for being anonymous, strange that you can see and compare your answers from last year. Still, it didn’t stop me from being 100% honest

I did it yesterday and realised it had the same questions as the last one. So I just copied the answers

Nothing will change if people continue to fill in the survey! It's literally a box ticking exercise where the results can be shown in a positive way even if there was a negative answer.

Don't fill the survey out and it will ripple further up the management chain and things may improve in your office

Lol remember when they used to watch over each of us as we filled them in and put them in the envelope, then collected them. I still put "very unsatisfied' on almost every question. Because management is an utter f***ing shambles and always has been.
