Check in Survey

Post by scoobydo79 »

Our bosses nearly begging us to do it all week. What’s going on? Why are they 💩scared people won’t complete it? Very strange

Seriously? That’s the reason? They have been going on about it all week. We have of course said it’s optional which rattles them even more lol

You'd go on about it too if you got £££ for hitting compliance targets
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next

I thought the surveys used to be anonymous? However you now need to input a specific code and if you enter again after completing the survey it states you've already completed it!

How do you actually participate in the survey? I don't have a smartphone, can it be done on a laptop? They've asked us to do it but not said how...

I’m sure there is a tile on the Peoples App

As for being anonymous, strange that you can see and compare your answers from last year. Still, it didn’t stop me from being 100% honest

There's a website version of the people app

https://flpnwc-tiqlowleu9.dispatcher.eu ... Shell-home

Or I think you can do it on your PDA

I did it yesterday and realised it had the same questions as the last one. So I just copied the answers :chuckle
Nothing really changed anyway.

Nothing will change if people continue to fill in the survey! It's literally a box ticking exercise where the results can be shown in a positive way even if there was a negative answer.

Don't fill the survey out and it will ripple further up the management chain and things may improve in your office

Only 33% response rate this year now our managers haven't been "encouraging" everybody to complete it!

I've been tempted to fill it in having not done so in years, however I'm not doing it in my own time. I want a WTLL session with biscuits on offer like the old days. Besides, the only thing I have to say to the company after the last few years is: It's your funeral.
The machine stops.

Lol remember when they used to watch over each of us as we filled them in and put them in the envelope, then collected them. I still put "very unsatisfied' on almost every question. Because management is an utter f***ing shambles and always has been. :thumbup
