been a postman for 6 years , seen the job deterate every year , with more cuts, more work .Where is the mail dropping off we keep being told . Each year we are delivering more, not less in our office and the walks are uneven and many over the alloted time and they want even more cut backs . And these super savings, we never reach so are not likely to see a bonus, unlike crozier . Office never recived one last year.( remember the 4 pay rises we were going to get last year where did that go)? . But at least we got a 77.5 percent yes vote so that we have some barganing position, hope the union use it wisely . Expect Properganda averlanche from RM , trying to con the public we are overpaid and underworked over next few weeks .
