PayPoint has today announced that it is expecting a further ramp up in parcels volumes in partnership with Royal Mail through Collect+, the leading Out of Home (OOH) network enabling customers to pick up, drop off and send parcels across the UK.

Ahead of the key peak trading period, retailer partners offering the service are urged to get ready now for:

More Parcels – With increased parcel volumes from Royal Mail, stores will see more customers coming in to send and return parcels.
More Customers – Expect a boost in local footfall as stores become a key destination for parcel services in the community.
More Commission – Higher parcel traffic means more earning potential with every successful collection or drop-off.
An extensive programme of retailer partner support is already underway to help retailers get ready for the increase in parcels, with hints, tips and best practice about handling the extra volume and continuing to deliver an excellent service to consumers in store.

Nick Williams, parcel services director, PayPoint, commented: “We are excited to be partnering with Royal Mail to deliver even more commission-earning opportunities for our retailer partners.

“We’re committed to supporting them with a comprehensive programme of tips and training to make the most of this fantastic opportunity as we head towards the key peak trading period.”
