Decent Payrise!!..
None of this “COLLEGE SHARE” Bollox!..
Not interest in any of there “give in one hand, take with the other hand”!!…just give us Posties a fare decent payrise, that’s LONG overdue!!..
You just posted that you work one of them every week so you dont actually have two consecutive days off
Thats the thing with lying. You need to have a really good memory.
Liar? Go do one, chum. I have two consecutive rest days each and every week. They are actually fixed days off. I choose to work for part one of those days. Please tell me, what have I lied about? Seems to me you’ve got yourself overexcited casting aspersions and tried to spring a non-existent “Gotcha!” moment! You’ll need to get up earlier…
We have today reached a negotiators agreement with Royal Mail Group on pay and issues related to section 5 of the December 2024 EP Group / CWU agreement.
In line with the unions rules, the CWU Postal Executive will now debate and vote on the agreement. We will share the timeline for this meeting as soon as we have it.
If it is endorsed by the Postal Executive we will share the full details of the agreement as part of an extensive communications exercise ahead of a full members ballot.
We thank members for both your patience and support.

They will endorse it. They will let you know about it when they decide to, because they make the rules and have all the power and information.
You will know nothing until they choose to let you know just to remind you that you have no power or choice and must accept what they tell you
to accept.
You will be shafted yet again and judging by the required “extensive communications exercise” this sellout will be bigger than usual.
it will be 6% over 3 years with more strings attached than a guitar. Clear frame policy oh and you don’t get paid for meal relief anymore. The newbies don’t so why should you. We are all in it together and it’s the best deal you could get. They haven’t got any money. Same old, same old.
Just hope the idiots don't take a stupid lump sum and a crap percentage rise on top , we all knowmost will , it's the long term you've got to think about .
The lumper won’t take overtime into consideration, it didn’t last time. Part timers got 75% of the full sum even if they worked more hours than full timers. Take what you can.
It must include it. I am sure it did last time. If they backdated it to lets say 1st of April, then it is applicable to your hourly rate and this should flow to overtime rate also. If you did any extra hours in the period between the lump sum payment and the day from where it is applicable from you will get your OT arrears payment.

Unfortunately they will. I'd guess about a third vote based on the £ signs that they see on the letter and don't even bother to read the rest of it.
That's why there's always a lump sum and in smaller writing a percentage for this year, next year and sometimes for a third year.
Around another third of members don't even bother to vote at all.
