Still not working for me.tried numerous times.told by Microsoft that my account is blocked and to wait 24 hrs.sent admin a password reset every day.still waiting.heard nothing.

Naming it "Robin" to honour Victorian posties isn't doing it justice when RM are currently dismantling the public service ethos that those posties stood for. FFS We don't need a glossy app full of corporate bull - we just want our payslips, shifts and leave sorted without extra layers of management spin or conditional participation

The Robin app is only for current employees of the business. Are you a current employee? Are you even able to log in?

I tried to register for this thing - out of curiosity but got lost.

The instructions are confusing to follow.

I did not have a workplace account already (just the people app-i assume they are/where different ?).

Eventually followed through got this microsoft email account but i had no password because it is a new email address generated just for me.

Had to follow the forgot password link to end up at the end with an error message.

Hope that was clear ??

Why couldn't they just let us log in using our People app details.. I've gave up trying now,

Never used workplace.
Found a RM email+password on the people app
Verfied myself on Robin, got taken to the microsoft login page......
Email from people app isn't valid.

Contacted tech support witt the character limited contact form, got sent the instruction sheet giving me the exact steps I'd already taken.

Replied to tech support and gave full walkthroiugh of what I'd tried. Got no reply.
