Not that I remember. When I signed up to the People App I just used my own personal email address. Don’t think I’ve ever had a RM one

It's you PDA login with @royalmail.co.uk slapped on. You can't actually use it for anything but login to Workplace/Robin.

Spent an hour with all my correct details but just going around in circles. It's absolute garbage. Take something that works ( the people app ) and create something that doesn't work. It's probably done on purpose so people don't bother checking their wages.

As previously stated guys. Go on people app --> click work place --> email address and password are displayed. Use these credentials for setting up your new robin account.

And I've just said I've done all of that and it will not work. I'm not a computer genius but not totally clueless

Sorry didn’t work for me and that was with IT on other end of phone, they got me to sign into people app access workplace, no password is shown and email is that royal mail.com which hasn’t been used in 20 years, I then was asked after putting all my personal details in and clicking verify to then enter my people app password under royal mail.com email shown, that didn’t work either. After trying various emails including my own personal email and people app password when trying to access Robin that IT would come back to me, that was at midday. I await a follow up call.

Got it working - get username and password from workplace tile on people’s app
Go into robin app and press register- Then put that into the Microsoft account page

Well this won't work for those of us that were kicked off Workplace during the strike action... meaning the company's decision to punish me by stopping me from using those login details now prohibits me accessing my payslip which is a legal obligation. I'll look forward to a multitude of regressive conversations over this with management and HR!
