30p charge per parcel! WHAT!

Post by C2019 »

Just asked for a collection and it’s charging me 30p per item to have it collected ? Who came up with this stunning idea?

I’ve looked on Reddit and it’s already potentially putting people out of business and it’s not an affordable option, and people say “ well take them to the Post Office then”…they don’t accept them!

The last post office I’ve been to refuses to accept Royal Mail parcels because “ we’ve fell out with them”

If customers are visiting Post Offices to post their parcels C2019, there's a high chance they will spend money in the shop whilst they are there, which is much needed revenue for them. We've all watched Mr Bates programme last year and the struggles of the PO.
