Key worker discount

I am about to purchase a new phone, and then have option of a discount of 10% if you are a key worker and this includes postal workers. The problem is is asks for a work email?, what would this be anyone any ideas.

You can see your work email by going on the people app and clicking workplace. It'll be your name middle initial,surname and RM part like the below.

You mean you have managed to get discount on OnePlus using royal mail email?.

Also my royal mail email is the same as my username to login at work, without the email address.

Have you already had stuff from them? Their Trustpilot reviews don't look too good.

Tried to see if there was any UK based details for the company on their website. The only hint of a UK connection was an 01252 (Aldershot) number for their 'Support'. If you believe that you'll believe anything!

There a massive company, have bought 3 phones and 2 pairs of earphones from them no problems.

Aah ok, had never heard of them myself. If you can get the discount then good luck, but the verification of your discount entitlement seems a bit awkward!

They are owned by OPPO who are part of the BBK Group in China, who are one of the biggest mobile phone companies in the world.

Their UK customer service isn't great but I've had my last two mobiles from them and neither has developed any issues.
