Two Falmouth postmen to run 2025 London Marathon on Sunday

Two Falmouth postmen will be swapping the streets of Falmouth for the streets of London when they run in the 2025 London Marathon on Sunday.

Sam Nancarrow will be running for Cancer Research UK in memory of his father who recently passed away from Brain Cancer after a brave two year battle against the disease.

Sam has already raised over £2,000 for Cancer Research, well on his way to his target, which will help fund research that will help find a cure for this horrible disease.

Sam’s training has been going well having recently run the Falmouth half marathon in under two hours.

Jonathan Plummer is raising money for Brain Tumour Research, Jonathan who suffered a Brain Tumour when he was younger was lucky to get a ballot place for this year’s marathon.

This will be Jonathan’s second marathon having completed the London Marathon in 2016. Jonathan also took part in the Falmouth half marathon, as part of his training.
