Loads of staff in our mc have had hours made up an plenty of pt duties going up soon.also between 15 an 20 3day week ft dutues going up for signing soon on nightshift.looking very likely end of agency staff.
What are the PT duty patterns going up? I might just apply for a transfer off of delivery if they are any good. :thumbup

Its actually a 22.5 contract with no paid breaks you obviously have no idea how mc's work with diff shift patterns an our busiest time is between 6pm an 10pm.also ive already said no paid breaks.

So what you actually mean is 22.5 hour contract with no breaks... Because new contracts don't get any paid breaks. You obviously know nothing about RM and contracts do you? Why did you say "yes" when qwerty2 said 20 mins then?

If its a 22.5 hour contract with a 20 minute unpaid break each day how can they be working 5.30-10pm?

If it's a "legacy contract" employee then a shift of that length (4.5hrs) attracts a 20 minute paid break, new contract would be unpaid but wouldn't the shift have to end at 10.20 unless the break can be scheduled at the end for such a short attendance, tbh I don't care just thought I'd add to this petty conversation between those two people.

Yes I read the thread. So are the PT duties 22.5hr 5.30-10.20pm? or 20.833hr 5.30-10pm?
