Oxford in one form or another has been regularly on the naughty list since Dec.
I wonder what sort of pro-active decisions senior management are making about this mess they have created lol

Hmmm 🤔 , how many of the local Oxford residents who are receiving an appalling postal service, put their hand up to apply for the vacant positions - to help resolve these recruitment issues.

Yep thought so.

The last few years, in my own locale, I've definitely seen an increase in people delivering their own Christmas cards. So some have taken to solving the problem themselves in a way that seems to work for everyone involved: RM doesn't want to handle them, and people don't want to work for RM. Neato.
The machine stops.

Sounds familiarly like people who want Birthday cards etc delivered on time. Hey presto, RM has their problem solved! Why were we not just a 3rd rate parcel delivery business years ago??? Quids in :dance
