I am sure that this group you appear to support would like to attract people to their cause, you constantly getting into petty verbal spats on this forum would (I suggest) have the opposite effect.
You will have to rise above the constant sniping and become a better person to attract support, and maybe have some sort of theory on how your group would help us posties and stop berating the union.

It’s not the CWU offering that, it’s RM. They are the ones who want to force through the pilot method, not the CWU. RM’s threat is ‘do the pilots because the alternative is a three day week and mass lay offs’. The CWU are arguing that the pilots have to work or what is the point? They are also arguing that the entire board should be replaced.
’You can't just ask customers what they want and then try to give that to them. By the time you get it built, they'll want something new.’
