Lost parcel
Can someone give some advice I'm a disabled pensioner of 76 I purchased a phone on line when it arrived it wasn't working so I sent it back on 13th February by first class collected from my home the seller said he hasn't received it I've contacted Royal mail 5 times now the last call they asked me to pay an extra payment of £1.50 which I paid they said my parcel which has a return address on the label supplied by royal mail was at the mail centre in Warrington and would be delivered by 24th February still nothing another point is if they have details of my parcel to be able to ask for extra postage why can't they find it the reference number for the extra postage must be attached to something any advice would be appreciated as this is making me ill

Did the seller send you a return label (i.e. they paid the postage cost of sending it back) or did you pay for it?
Did Royal Mail give you a receipt when they collected the parcels from you?
Was the battery in the package when you sent the phone back?
