Good afternoon one and all :wave

Just a quick question/inquiry: how do I go about finding the details to my RMDCP pension scheme.

I've tried all avenues (several phone calls and emails) I've been in touch with Royal London and all of the other companies used by RM to "safeguard" my pension. I eventually ended up at Scottish Widows who (according to them) have NO record of me having a pension pot with them.....the same goes for all the other pension providers I've contacted (the ones associated with RM pension) it is also impossible to register on any of these sites.

I do have details - which I have given to each provider I was "sent" to, I am being passed from pillar to post. Does anyone have any information on who to contact to get this shambles sorted, I would be most grateful.

The RMDCP opened in 2009 with Zurich managing the investments. That continued until 2019 when Scottish Widows took over.
As far as I'm aware SW took over all Zurich pensions, and not just RM.

There have been no other providers, so I don't know where you've got Royal London from, let alone 'all of the others'. :hmmmm

What dates were you employed by RM?

Thank you for your quick response.

Where did I get Royal London's number from.....ah, that would be Scottish Widows of course :mad

I now have in my possession several phone numbers for various pension providers (each one I call gives me a number to another provider who may have details) I've even been sent to an independent pensions tracing site as well as the Government Gateway site. No one has my details, I would have thought there would be some information out there - I was told that all pensions, taxes and National Insurance contribution could normally be traced using my National Insurance number.

Could it be that you're contacting SW direct rather than specifically the RM SW Team?
