I would love to find out why Angard workers get £3 an hour more than us and £22 on a Sunday night.

Royal mail basic pay per hour is £13.65 (37hr contract)
+ Processing Allowance @ £2.28 per day (11.40 / 5)
Total - (backshift) around £15.93ph (basic backshift)

(Shift payment)
finish between 20:00 - 21:39 = £25.68 / 37hrs = £0.69 = £16.62ph
finish between 21:40 - 01:59 = £54.28 / 37hrs = £1.46 = £17.39ph

(Might be missing some info on allowances for back shift)

Angard (based on info from here > viewtopic.php?f=47&t=108242 )

Evening finish between 20:00 - 21:39 = £14.50 (max pay rate)
Lates finish between 21:40 - 01:59 = £15.22 (max pay rate)

It used to be that agency workers were paid more as they are a temp resource, but many company's wanted to pay min wage for temps to save money RM though seam to pay very well for temps, Will this change when the new guy takes over ?

You've added the processing allowance as per hour and not per day, I wondered why my pay was lower than that figure.

Yes your right :arrrghhh

Would make it around £13.95ph with allowance / over 37hrs - not £15.93
