Any chance Ronseal could handle the Tracked labels? This has been the week of 'No signature' items needing signatures.

In the past when there was a shortage of PDAs at Christmas, that was always just great to encounter when scanning four EPOD cards of handwritten barcodes at the end of the day. Lots of big Xs attributed to 'Label marked no signature required'.
The machine stops.

Crazy how this keeps happening. Must be something to do with the way they are recorded at the sender's side. But hey, we are at the brunt of it :d'oh!

Valentines Day cards and flowers seemed massively down. Didn't notice any difference to the volume of letters going through the system, and I don't think many flowers come through. In past years we'd have a separate setup just for flowers, have we lost all the contracts?

Now you mention it we used to get quite a few of those bloom & wild letterbox friendly flowers but yeah I reckon they've dropped off.

AFAIK all LATs for our area arrive in time to make wave 2. Any that don't will be failed and rolled over to the next day, we don't have a wave 3

This is exactly what i said,
That it would be dead as a dodo until easter with a small blip around valentine's day.

I don't know why some people were so vehement to deny this fact.

It really is over.

No D2D this week.
Very few packets today.
Call rate about 30%.
Had to have a 40 minute break before leaving, a 30 minute break while out and then sit for 40 minutes before returning to the DO so we didn't get back too early.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Had my first shift driving 7.5t. I tell you, if I'd have known how much less stressful it is compared to delivery I'd have switched long ago.

Crazy last night on the mech, the DTS is broke, even sending 1C to the DTS so the DTS got turned off. Wonder if whatever has broken the DTS is causing the issue with the Tracked items out on delivery suddenly needing a signature

I'll bet your start/finish time wasn't affected though.
