Our regular never in but order loads of parcels customers, we dump on the recently employed afternoon parcel delivery guys, they don’t come it until 1pm & are quite good at leaving stuff, on doorsteps, under cars, in bins etc
Some of the customers by me leave notes on their doors saying where to put the parcels or that their door is open and to just pop it inside. I feel a bit off leaving things where they say when there's a big sign telling burglars where to go....so I annoy them and knock on the door or put it somewhere completely different with a big message in the "other" comments.
Take the note off the door when you've delivered
The note may have been left for delivery people in general and not just RM.
If I am unsure I don’t leave the parcel and will select ‘Safeplace no Safe’, or write that on the card.
’You can't just ask customers what they want and then try to give that to them. By the time you get it built, they'll want something new.’

They're on the inside of the door or even in the frontroom windows, don't think I'm allowed inside.
"Delivery not attempted" is on Indoor > Enquiry office.
For use indoors on the parcels that don't leave the office, or have come back at the end of the day because time has run out or any other situation where delivery has had to be abandoned.
Thanks, I'll have another look on Monday, but pretty sure it wasn't there.

So I found the delivery not attempted, scanned the parcels I didn't get time for and tool them back to depot. Looked at my dashboard the following day and apparently I delivered all my parcels, so has someone else been back and scanned them inaccessible??

It probably means that delivery not attempted is a 'valid' reason and only a failure to deliver such as no answer counts towards the score showing on the PDA.

Well when we return Tracked to the office, parcels we’ve attempted to deliver, they do get scanned again by the callers office staff. What does that scan do?

I think It logs them back in to the do so if you were to track them they'd show as received back at the do.

Weird that scanning as delivery not attempted is potentially a valid reason and no answer isn't, especially in a rural area where people don't have a neighbour.

We have to do this ourselves. (Record Not Delivered item)
It shows the item has been brought back to the DO.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Same, I remember when this redelivery system was introduced the script was the item should be returned to the duties fitting for redelivery the following day so no reason for the callers office staff to be involved.

I don’t know why we’re not doing it ourselves because the caller’s office do miss some everyday because parcels arrive back all the time.
