Seniority.

Post by WOBBLY »

Been chasing, for months, what seems to be an elusive seniority list. :cuppa

We’ve had various excuses but the latest is the manager doesn’t know how to access one?
Does anyone have knowledge of the system and how easy it is to locate or run up?

Cheers :thumbup

Your rep should have it, nothing to do with management.

I’ve spoken with HR who said the Manager will have a copy.
Rep has said the same.

They’re stalling for some reason.

At one time we had one up on the notice board, which was put up my management. Not sure why it was taken down.

If you’ve worked there for years you should know most who are senior to others

The rep needs to ask for it and it is to be displayed for all to see.

The list doesn't work at all if everyone is anonymous. X is more senior than X but less senior than X: which train arrives first?

LOL - do said posties ask you not to call them by their name to for 'Data Protection' purposes?

Are their names on the office shift/leave plans? Better get them taken off!

Whenever they bring a sheet round for you to sign to say you've listened/read something new blah blah..that is generally in order of seniority no?
