V R , what will happen & when

I think it would end up very similar. Pay is about 26k for a full time post person without delivery supplement for a year.

9 months vr pay would be about 19,700. Plus the bonus last time would have been a about 25,700.

That would be an extremely odd way of calculating any VR payment. VR is generally allocated in weeks and annual leave is considered separately from that either worked as days owed (if you've taken a lot of leave already) or as an additional payment (if you've not taken much).
But I don't believe any VR terms have been settled as RM has not yet formally proposed any VR.

26K for a 40 hour contract as a Delivery postie is a genuinely terrible wage for the workload/shift pattern. f***ing utterly disgraceful tbh

That's based on 37 hours contract and you can add on delivery supplement. Makes it a bit better but for the level of work they expect and the physical aspect of the job it should be more yes.

How much do 43.45hr FT contracts earn, with zero delivery supplement on £12.29PH then? I'll tell you how much, slave f***ing wages. Not sure why you would even dream of trying to defend that tbh unless you're in on it
