Once the USO has changed then there could well be realignments, revisions and re-signs at every RDC, MC and DO

Even if the USO is altered this year, they said it would take over a year to implement the necessary changes.

Aye, I believe they said something about creating a more efficient network with a net reduction in daily delivery routes of 7,000 to 9,000 over the course of around 18-24 months

I don't know the scope of 'finances' - it may have been meant regionally. I can't really elaborate without getting into revealing specifics.

They are due to run pilots in 37 offices uk wide to look at the effect the uso change would have and how it would work. Should this run smoothly, I would assume once a uso change is confirmed, this could be implemented pretty quickly, so pointless doing revisions now.
