-Delivered loads of stuff late (rounds not going out / 2 days mail)
-Office understaffed.
So how can the quality of service be deemed high quality?

Read the room Mr Cochrane and ask your staff how your "peak planning" went.

Parcel volumes still near peak levels but the agency have gone and annual leave is back. It’s their mess not ours.

The only "momentum gains" are for the mental/physical deterioration of frontline staff and shuffling a once great institution into foreign asset stripers filthy paws

That is exactly what I didn't like in the video as it's all about what management did. Forget a few of the managers dancing round in Xmas jumpers handing out shopping vouchers to posties like Willie Wonka's golden tickets, is it any wonder why morale is low in many delivery offices? The screws have now pulled the plug on revisions and introduced an overtime ban so all that hard work delivering parcels over "peak" is now being undone and its business as usual in prioritising the parcels over letters.
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

is this the same bloke that has planned the NO EXCESS CLAIMS in offices as from this week
, so now we are back to failing deliverys and QUALITY OF SERVICE again , as long as the tracked get done , leaving the mail , trying to polish a turd
