Not down here, all still storming ahead to going in by the end of the month.

It's known it will be the biggest failure in all of the recent 'realignment' work. But Delivery 2.1 must go ahead!!
Well over 6 months in the planning and still they haven't worked out where the large parcels will be going.

We are fully expecting them to come back to us on day 2 and be expected to get them done, but not have the resources to do it put back it

u wot?

revision ie. the one long frame thing?

What's the point in doing the one long frame revision if it's not going to be set up effectively for the new USO that will likely come in....

not sure what the point in another revision is anyway. All you need is rounds to be the correct, fair and sensible size, as well as be logically and efficiently set up....once you've done that why would you ever need a revision ever again. Revisions are absolutely stupid. A road is a road, a round is a round, why would anything ever need to be significantly changed unless a new estate was built.

Because the mail changes.
If you plan a route with a 70% call rate and that drops to 50% then that is a significant difference.
Similarly if you plan a route with a parcel count of 100 and that increases to 125 then that is a significant difference.

If routes A and B see a drop in their call rate but no increase in their attendance calls but route B and C don't get a drop in their call rate but do get an increase in their attendance calls, you end up with 2 routes which are unproductive and 2 that are unachievable.

We need one. Parcel numbers have shot up since our last revision and now those rounds cannot be completed whereas most of the letter rounds are pretty easy outside of Christmas.
