Christmas arrangements

Anybody got the Christmas arrangements for this year?
Are we just getting the 3 Xmas bank holidays this year?

Can't imagine any reason for it being anything but with Christmas/new years day being wednesday

It'll be Xmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day - regional variances aside such as Scotland.

No real reason for any other arrangement.

Everyone gets a lieu day if your day off falls on a bank holiday - your manager is talking crap

He can put both you days off Christmas/Boxing day if he wants unless you have a fixed walk. Nothing to do with new contracts, always been like this. Day off in leu.

Not if you're on a legacy contract as Sunday is one of the 2 days off..

Not sure this is right. At our gaff, us new entrants have all enjoyed our Mon/Tues rest days followed by Xmas Day and Boxing Day, ie, four days off, and have a similar thing next week.
