Every office in my region failed today. We were hammered with 3500 Sunday LATs against a forecast of 1900. Over 1500 failed. Busy Monday awaits!

What's the betting the next customer survey shows that Amazon are considered to be providing the best customer service whereas RM are somewhere mid table?

Our EVRI driver NEVER knocks on any doors. We both follow the same route and the number of times I say to someone I'm handing a parcel
over to - 'EVRI's left one here on your doorstep for you as well' but I doubt anyone complains because that's the expected standard for them.

I accidentally stood on an Evri parcel the other day and squashed it flat. I couldn't bl**dy miss it!

We definitely won't come the bottom on the list of reliable couriers. The gaffer even said that many of the complaints we have received aren't us.
