Which idiot decided it would be a good idea to accept a bulk posting of NHS Survey letters in the middle of Christening pressure? And then the real kicker, it’s repeated a few days later.

You couldn’t make it up, letters failing very single day, tracked now failing daily, last lorry arriving 4 hours before our finish time, frames full to bursting, so they throw in a bulk posting to every single address, not once but twice. Clowns, the whole bloody lot of them

Mech letters (incuding Xmas cards) are way down this year. In past years by now we'd have had a few days on the CSS where after running eahc batch once, some batches would still have a load leftover which would get run again. This year so far each day we've run everything in one go.

The normal DSA is now returning

Councils push out letters saying which weeks the paper, plastic, green and normal waste bins are going to be collected.
