Just been watching parliament discuss the RM sale, the minister leading the debate said that the dreadful performance of RM is not down to posties but rubbish management, not his exact words . So there you have it ,its official, who knew :Very Happy

Minister leading the debate also kept saying, at least 5 times that the USO is not connected to this deal, make of that what you will :crazy:

The government said it has no plans to change the USO.

Presumably any buyer would be aware and willing to take on that obligation. As this buyer say he will as long as he is alive. .....

The CWU have stated the USO is changing in 2025 so it's safe to say all has been agreed with the government behind closed doors like much of this deal

They don’t need a uso change ( the one that requires parliamentary approval) to make the changes they want as a first class 6 day service will still be being provided.
