The stamps are your bonus. The 2x£100 pro rata is called the Christmas bonus but it’s not really, it’s some payment that was agreed and set years ago and hasn’t changed since.

Costs them £1M a day so they probably want to scrap it and set some unachievable targets instead in order for us to get anything. The old company I worked for used to pay an extra week’s wages which felt right.

Assuming that all the Xmas extras for deliveries are all on the same pay as myself then RM pay out just over 200k per hour for the 16k extra delivery persons and £251400 for each hour of overtime. So I reckon they could afford more for the regular posties.

RM probably think it's enough as they know we get tips from customers. Some posties get more Christmas tips from their customers than our employer.

Have we had bonus yet? I just checked my bank (we obviously don't get wage slips any more and I don't have the app to check wage slip), I only did like an hours o.t last week but the difference in my wages is £153.89, so not 200 quid? I thought we normally all got 200 quid in one go? TIA
