Update:

They said they would process a refund from Royal Mail on my behalf not too sure what that’s meant to mean as what are Royal Mail suppose to refund how much I paid total or how much I paid shipping..but I’ll wait as I don’t think they are open on Sunday. I’ll check again on Monday.

Not specifically related to this case but this serves as a warning when ordering stuff from overseas and there's an issue.

I recently had a parcel returned to a UK sender. The parcel itself was a 'return' going back to China - but unsurprisingly it was returned marked
as 'refused' in China. So it came back to the UK sender. This process had taken about five months. When I handed it back to the UK sender I was asked 'What am I supposed to do now?'

Some would say it's all a bit of a scam to not pay out for refunds.

Thanks to Trueblueterrier I can see the tracking but it does not show on the RM website for me.

PSC = Parcelforce just for your info

Can't understand why it's been handed over to Parcelforce unless it's a heavy bulky item.

I have a hunch they have your postcode wrong CV instead of CR ?

Hi,

Yeah it’s a big item it’s like 2.smth kg.
Not sure how they can get my postcode wrong because eit came to the post office where I live and went back because it was unidentifiable.
I’ve made a chargeback against the company which i purchased the items for because they should be chasing rm not me ..if they want their money they should get the compensation from rm. Chargeback incident is still active so I won’t spend the money just in case
