So I have a online business and I've sent off 2 special deliveries which should have arrived today but I sent off around 10 Tracked24 in the same place, they've been scanned in to the local MC but the specials are still on we are expecting it..
Today I sent another 3 tracked 24 and 3 specials exactly the same way and they've all scanned in -,-
Am I over thinking they've been stolen or is that a silly thought

Bottom of a trolley in the S/O, Or if you are lucky the qr code was creased and needed loading onto the system manually, but Derick was due to leave so it wiĺl be done monday asap, after Dericks first brew.

Why is it assumed that a missing scan means the item is stolen ?

Well I get its a busy period and sometimes scans don't happen but every other order has been delivered and scanned now baring the last special

2 options -
1. report it to the police if you think it has. They will contact RM security who are like the Internal Affairs for the Police force.
2. Claim from Royal Mail and escalate the claim as far as you can. https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/consu ... pensation/ is a guide from CAB.

For the specials is "we are expecting it" the only tracking entries for them? If so that would suggest that they've yet to enter RM's network. Were they posted at a Post Office?
