Hey there,
I ordered an item from UK (London) with Germany as the destination and the seller provided me the following tracking code: RY467398347GB
Since Tuesday the tracking history only shows "Sender preparing item" and nothing else. I've read some entries in this forum, but I'm still kind of clueless what this acutally means. Is the parcel with RM and it hasn't simply been scanned yet, or did the seller create the tracking code without dropping the parcel at he post office? And if it hasn't been dropped off, shouldn't the tracking code being terminated by now?

As for ‘terminating’ the code, if it happens it isn’t that quick, I have seen this status last for weeks.
You need to complain to the seller about their failure to put this in the postal system.
