It’s only my opinion :hmmmm
But why would RM offer EVR to the most my senior staff in the 50 or beyond, it would make more sense to get rid of the legacy contracts who are younger and have more years to go, the older ones are more likely to lake early retirement and leave voluntarily at some point or get that hacked off with the job and leave anyway.
But it’s just an opinion I’m hoping I can hang on till Ivan get my pension and then just leave :shhhhh

Because redundancy is based on seniority which generally will be the older posties. Any other way is open to abuse with the office favourites or "difficult" people being chosen by the manager.
