Does anyone know the current policy on Covid in particular employees with covid working where there are vulnerable people?

It''s just the same as colds or flu. i.e. you come to work, or ring in sick if you're too ill ( and the days off will count towards the Attendance Procedure / Stage Warnings)

There isn't one.. since the government stopped any restrictions they put on us.. if you are sick then you go sick and it's counted towards the attendance procedure.. no covid sickness is discounted now..

Yes, YOU MOVE!
the official policy is the person who wants sheilding or other workers with covid kept away from them is that YOU MOVE.

ie you make representation to management and they will do a personal risk assessment for you and move YOU, nobody else gets moved and doesn't have to do a thing.
