Hello all,
I'm just over year with RM , currently on new full time contract 35h.
Our office starting peek time late shifts finishing 7-8pm.
Situation for me becomes very awkward, when this late shifts ware announced I precisely ask my manager if I will be required to late hours cuz if my kids in childcare I was told I won't be affected.
My normal hours are 8am-3pm
Today I found out I'm actually first one to be affected, schedule to work late upcoming week.
I'm fully understand my contract core hours are 6am -10pm however I feel very awkward now as almost no notice was given to me to get my childcare organised.
I wanted to add there are around 11 new staff in our office and apparently cuz they are not reliable they can't do those shifts ???
I did partially solve this issue by taking with my manager and will see how things unwrap but I'm looking for your feedback.
Please share your feedback guys and girls, wondering how your offices dealing with peek time.

Re: Peek time late delivery times
We are doing a 1pm till 7pm at our office for the new contracts.. those with childcare issues/commitments won't have to do them, so I guess it's up to your manager, but he should be helping you out. I can't do Fridays and my manager has me coverd for that day.. we are also getting in a few angency staff just for that shift
