I’m still waiting on RMPP statement is anyone else?
I gave up waiting, after emailing them twice (first time i was ignored) they replied and said that they would send me a duplicate statement, never did recieve the first one. about a week later a A4 sheet of paper arrived in the post with all the info I needed. so if you've not had your RMPP statement this year email them and keep emailing them until they send you one

Received my rmpp but no rmsps yet. The website is awful, copies of 2021 and 2023 are there but no others. Anyone else keep getting the not allowed to Access this page message when flipping between areas? Seems like it partially logs me out then I have to wait 24 hours or it tells me I am logged in twice and will lock account if I don't.

To be frankly honest the service we get from RMPP & Capita is not good enough.

One of the biggest pensions in the UK is so convoluted with poor service it is nowhere near good enough.

Be it paper statements, websites or general help from either

Dumb question - anyone received Capita statements yet ?

I know it is meant to be November - just wondering if they have started to arrive.

I thought that might be the case - some yes many no...hardly a surprise.

I will give them time until end of Nov then get in touch - not that will do any good i guess.
I know i can go online but i like many others want a paper statement for storage/records.

I emailed the RMPP asked when I might receive my annual statement , told them I left 18 months ago.
They responded "A full tax year must pass before your annual statement can be calculated and you can expect to receive your first statement in September 2025"

Are they having a laugh this will be 28 months after I left and only 14 months before I would be due my Age65 benefits.

It sounds as if you left around the same time as me.

My experiences since I left RM are:

RMSPS:

Sent me a Preserved Benefits Update around 8 weeks after I left, which included all those benefits as one amount and not separated into Age60 and Age65.
I received my first deferred statement 2-3 weeks ago, which I believe to be incorrect and am waiting on them to get back to me on that.

RMPP:

Didn't automatically send me a Preserved Benefits Update, and only did so around 6 months afterwards, when I asked if I'd be getting a deferred statement.

I've emailed to ask when this years statement will be arriving, but am still waiting for a reply.
Their Preserved Benefits Update clearly states they'll send a statement 'every year'.

I enquired to both RMSPS and RMPP around 12 months ago to ask if I would be getting a deferred statement, and they both said they don't send them out unless you've been a deferred member for 12 months when they dispatch them in September.

Therefore I see no logic in what they're saying to you.
Needless to say if they try that on me, I'll be reminding them of their previous correspondence!

I didn't mention previously that I'm already receiving my Age60 benefits.

The RMPP are going to send me a deferral statement.
I received a statement from RMSPS a couple of weeks ago , so don't really understand where the RMPP are coming from.
We haven't added to it personally for years and I haven't added anything to the DBCBS for over 18 months.
