In the improbable event anyone can help please use the PM system.
The poster is advised that, under UK Law, specifically GDPR, I had to remove their address to comply with the legislation.
The poster is also advised that this is not an official site, so we can only offer advice. We do not operate in any official capacity on behalf of Royal Mail.
Advice. There is no way that a special delivery should be lost in transit, if you are the sender I would make a claim immediately. Special Deliveries are tracked from point to point so RM should be able to investigate it. Also Special Deliver items come with increased compensation depending on the cover that was purchased.
