I'm not asking about the £200 we receive every year, I'm asking about the peak incentive that will probably be related to the My Performance App?

Is that £200 for us all or is it based on how long you have been here/old contracts , I'm on new contract, been here three months
Are you confusing two things here ftg?

There has been no, zero, zilch evidence produced on here that there is going to be a 'Peak Incentive Scheme' - yet. So nobody can answer that with any authority.

You ask the question 'Is that £200 quid for all of us.....'? Are you referring to a rumour you've heard about a Peak Incentive Scheme or are you
referring back to the '£200 we receive every year'?

For all those hoping for a scheme this year, just look back at the timing of announcements for last years.

It was publicised on RMC thread on 20th October as a 'one-off discretionary' bonus.

It started on w/c 13 Nov last year.

So there's been no announcement from RM and if it was similar to last year's it would have started this week or latest next week.

What do we all think people - yes/no?

I believe there is going to be an "advent calendar" involved, with chances to win a mug or a christmas jumper. Make of that what you will...
As above. Was told by our union rep who'd been in a meeting with other reps and area manager, that it's something to do with an advent calendar. I think whoever is top of the my performance chart each day in December gets to open a door on a s**t advent calendar and win an equally s**t prize.
Just had it confirmed: it’s definitely a crappy advent calendar, the rewards are trips or vouchers or something and you could win based on being a favourite pleb. They may have used different words.

No CASH incentive.

Yeah the £200 yearly Xmas bonus, would that be for new starters as well or does it depend on how long you have bern here?

Everyone receives it. I think the amount varies based on your contract hours.

Yes there will but how much depends on how many hours your weekly contract is.

You will also receive a load of 1st Class stamps which, given they are the value of gold, you could sell on eBay and buy a house.

Are you a postie? Had you only just started? The stamps form part of the annual bonus for posties so if you hadn’t been at RM very long you wouldn’t receive them.

The money bonus is paid pretty close to Christmas week. Can’t be more definite than that because they don’t give out details about exact amounts and when they might pay it.

I think they should send us the stamps recorded delivery now, or send them securely to the callers office to be distributed, and yes mine went missing last year.

Yes agreed, they’re worth a wad so sending them to offices would be a better idea.

Told today the amount of Christmas 🎄 stamps you get will depend on how many times you have opened & looked at the “My Performance App” on the “Performance Development Assistant” - Happy Christmas 🎄 🎅 🎄
