Christmas Bonus- Peak Incentive Scheme

So maybe £50 a week if you reach all targets and attain 12 points. My Trimble is a bit temperamental on wet days and so the safety score sometimes is down to 96 or 97%. What will happen if you gain 10 points and not the full 12? Is it all or nothing?

It's bound to be all staff at an office reaching the target and getting 12 points. RM know that very few offices would achieve that so they won't have to pay out too much

All the rumours I’ve heard about this year’s likely bonus have been around it being based on individual (rather than team/office) performance?

Not to burst anyone's bubble. But I asked my manager on Friday about Christmas bonus. ( She is great and very upfront) And she told me they had been told there was no cash incentive bonus this year. Exccept the normal attendance bonus. Whether there will be something to win annual leave etc I don't know but she was told no cash incentive bonus. We are based in the Midlands

I also heard each DO has a massive advent calendar and postie of the day gets to open a window and win what's inside.

That 200 quid bonus doesn't take into account inflation etc it's been the same amount since the doomsday book was written lol. Incentive bonus whats in it for the managers? I wonder why they want you to perform so well probably earns them a nice wedge whilst we get the pickings from an advent calender lol

Oh you do like to stir the pot, legal eagle and now trying to see a up side to a bonus scheme.
Firstly nobody knows if it even exists, but sure don't let that get in the way.
Secondly if it does, it will be as unattainable as they can make it.
Thirdly do you walk into walls?
If so then i would get some help for that.

If they keep replacing people and giving them trash contracts on pish poor pay winning an Xmas jumper would be like a lottery win. They can sell you anything and the majority will buy into it. Wonder what's in it all for those not on the front line an Xmas jumper? I just hope it doesn't take off cos when it comes to a pay rise they'll plead poverty, they had to buy too many Xmas jumpers and it'll get voted in lol

Last year the company had money to offer us a £500 bonus scheme and some of you were lucky enough to pocket half of that. This xmas, the geese are getting fat and for us ungrateful peasants on the shop floor we should expect nothing more than a tin of roses in the week before Xmas.

I think a lot of peoples eyes light up at the prospect of getting a bonus for doing exactly as they are doing already. When the truth is that any targets will either be always just that tiny bit out of reach, or barely worth it vs doing an hours overtime each day.

Is that £200 for us all or is it based on how long you have been here/old contracts , I'm on new contract, been here three months

It’s likely a myth. A management scam to get you to open My Performance. They’re the ones who are most likely to be getting a bonus, based on how many My Performance clicks.

You could be right, our manager in the morning huddles keeps telling us to take out a couple of mins to open the My Performance App daily,

All the more reason not to bother with it. I had the manager the other week asking why I wasn't using it to the extent that he stood there, borrowed my PDA and looked at it himself. You want to reduce idling, give me an eco van to drive in. You want more parcels delivered 1st time, reduce the duty so I can try several neighbours. They want us to be more like Amazon using all this tech against us but we are not the same company and hopefully never will be.
