Christmas Bonus- Peak Incentive Scheme

Someone must have some details of this scheme as Christmas aint too far away?!

I'm not asking about the £200 we receive every year, I'm asking about the peak incentive that will probably be related to the My Performance App?

I doubt there would be an incentive scheme (financial), related to My Performance because not everyone uses a PDA all day so it would be discriminatory.

The only reason they would say there was an incentive scheme related to My Performance, is to get you to click on it. They want you to click on it so that they can claim that you really really want to have your performance monitored 24/7.

Pure guesses but how about:

A % for using SISO every working day
A % for X% of Tracked parcels delivered first time
A % for Specials Delivered first time
A % for X% driving score
A % for >X% of idling
A % for 100% of collections completed

I've no idea what's planned but it not impossible My Performance stats won't be used. Personally I'd sooner those used than bonuses given for the whole office and also whole company meeting targets they will never meet.

Every Postie but not every worker. How would you gauge the performance of everyone else?

I don’t want My Performance on the app at all. I think its purpose is only negative for employees.

So the notion of us being encouraged to engage with an app which will one day be used to help sack us, is abhorrent.

What about the vans without Trimble to measure driving stats? Out of 20 odd vehicles at ours only 4 have a Trimble fitted.

If it's yes to any of the last two questions.... i give up.
Last years debacle hasn't stopped people from still trying to get some sort of extra bonus at xmas, why?
There will be o/t a plenty available, so work to all hours and stop trying to get some sort of daft unachievable bonus on the table.

Spot on. If there is an extra bonus it’ll be around £200 before tax, hardly life changing and in exchange they will want us to work ourselves into the ground in the lead up to Christmas.
They can keep that money and I’ll try keep what little energy and sanity I have left for Xmas day and Boxing Day with the family.

It's bound to be all staff at an office reaching the target and getting 12 points. RM know that very few offices would achieve that so they won't have to pay out too much
