Can’t have a look at the mo. At some point then, we’ll be told to only scan what we’re delivering. As of now, in our office anyway, everyone is scanning to core all over the shop.
When this new scanning thing comes in, RM will know what has actually arrived at the DOs so it'll still be classed as a failure in DOs

Also slightly O/T but to do with core routes, if you're the driver who takes oversize for a HCT and it fails first delivery it goes 'against' your
My Doorstep score thingy not the HCT route even if they scan it to their core route :crazy:
I wondered about that, I suppose it makes sense really as the "score" is assigned to the person who delivered/attempted delivery of it.

I doubt it really matters who scans it to core etc it's who "fails" to deliver it first time which matters for My Doorstep.
